Technical rigour
Positions are taken on the basis of statute, rules and settled interpretation — and documented so that they hold up under scrutiny.
About the firm
R B P B & CO LLP is a professionally managed chartered accountancy firm providing tax, audit, accounting, corporate, financial, regulatory and advisory services to businesses and individuals.
Background
The practice was founded in 1991 as Rishi Bansal & Associates and has since been reconstituted as R B P B & CO LLP. The change of form reflected the scale of the work rather than any change in how it is done: the same partners, the same clients, and the same insistence that a filing should be defensible on the day it is signed.
The firm operates from Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, serving clients across the National Capital Region and, for non-resident and cross-border work, well beyond it.
To operate as a trusted one-stop professional services firm, building long-term client relationships through reliable, transparent and efficient compliance and advisory support.
Practice areas
Fourteen areas of work, delivered by one team so that tax, audit and regulatory positions stay consistent with each other.
How we work
We understand the entity, its structure, its current filings and the immediate deadlines. Where a review is needed first, we say so.
A written scope setting out deliverables, the compliance calendar that applies, responsibilities on both sides and the fee basis.
Returns, audits, filings and certifications are prepared and filed to statutory timelines, with records maintained for assessment.
Periodic review of positions, exposure and structure — including representation before the department where an assessment or notice arises.
Standards
Four commitments that shape how every engagement is run.
01
Positions are taken on the basis of statute, rules and settled interpretation — and documented so that they hold up under scrutiny.
02
Scope, responsibilities and fees are agreed in writing at the outset. Clients are told what is happening with their matter and when.
03
Statutory deadlines are not negotiable. Our internal calendar is built around them, and clients are reminded well ahead of time.
04
Client information is handled under the professional obligations that apply to chartered accountants, with access limited to the engagement team.
A first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies more than a proposal does.
